I worked with the creative team at Cal Sunday to provide art direction for motion designs for the Escape Issue of The California Sunday Magazine and Pop Up Magazine.
The Escape Issue explored the theme of escape–escapes big and small, literal and figurative, exhilarating and the mundane. Topics included escaping cows, leaving the video game industry, the things people sell after a divorce, leaving behind family, children crossing the border, and what happens when you abandon your name.
